Before joining Docuvera, Ciara spent eight years at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), where she scaled user adoption across more than 30 state health plans and launched a platform initiative that delivered significant operational cost reductions. Those experiences shaped a product approach grounded in outcome accountability: building capabilities that move metrics, not just ship releases.
